Alex Dudka
Co-founder & Chief Executive Officer
My primary focus is on optimizing processes and assisting emerging products in transforming their concepts into tangible realities.
Early Life & Background
Now based in Istanbul, where ADAAS is headquartered, Alex grew up fuelled by a passion for programming and inventing, and was recognised as the region's ‘Best Young Researcher’.
That early drive led to academic excellence: an MSc in Computer Science, a PhD in Information Security and an MSc in Management, alongside numerous publications in information security and artificial intelligence.
Professional Journey
Starting as a Software Engineer, Alex advanced quickly through Team Lead, Software Architect and, ultimately, CTO roles — and was recognised in HCL's Red Ladder Women in Outsourcing Awards in partnership with IAOP.
Alongside industry, Alex contributed to academia as an Associate Professor and Lecturer, establishing a modern Software Architecture Master's programme teaching students to use technology effectively to solve real business problems.
Role at ADAAS
As co-founder and CEO — with over 20 years in IT, from software engineer to executive leadership — Alex has built ADAAS around a single mission: to democratise technology. Innovations that once demanded large teams, long timelines and heavy investment are made accessible and predictable for growing companies, not only large enterprises.
Under her leadership the company embraced digitisation and put automation at its core, eliminating routine work so teams can focus on customer needs and deliver high-level services in a predictable timeframe — an independent, transparent and predictable partner in supervision, technology asset management, digitalisation and research.
Vision & Future
Alex frames the road ahead through Industry 5.0: technology and leadership advancing together, with AI used not to replace people but to create experiences that were previously impossible — and with deep personalisation reshaping both products and the workplace.
Beyond ADAAS, Alex mentors emerging leaders, advises and builds startups, continues research in AI, and is a sought-after speaker on digitalisation worldwide.

Bridging Technology & Leadership
Leadership is about prioritising under uncertainty and building trust — while AI enables experiences that were previously impossible.
At GITEX Global in Dubai — one of the world's largest technology events — Alex represented ADAAS on the show floor: meeting technology leaders, trading perspectives on where the industry is heading and putting the company's ideas in front of an international audience.
That outlook runs through her thinking on Industry 5.0 — technology and leadership advancing together, AI used to make experiences more human rather than to replace people — a theme she explored as a featured voice in Global Woman Leader's ‘Women Entrepreneurs from Turkey’.

A Clear Mind, By Design
Running and cycling aren't time away from the work — they're how I arrive to it clear-headed and ready for the day.
Away from the desk, Alex is a dedicated runner and cyclist. For her, endurance sport is a deliberate part of leadership: an early start on the road clears the mind, steadies decision-making and sets the tone for the day before the first meeting begins.
It is the same discipline she brings to building ADAAS — consistency over intensity, showing up for the long distance and protecting the focus that sound judgement under pressure demands.
Speaking & Appearances
Alex is a regular presence at international technology events — connecting with founders and industry leaders and sharing ADAAS's perspective on digitalisation and AI.
