Privacy Policy

One privacy practice for the whole ADAAS network — how we collect, use, share and protect your information across every ADAAS brand.

Who we are

ADAAS (“ADAAS”, “we”, “our” or “us”) is a network of connected brands operated by ADAAS YAZILIM LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, a company based in Turkey. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your personal information across the ADAAS network.

Because our brands share a common technology platform and a single sign-on (“ADAAS SSO”), we operate one coordinated privacy practice with ADAAS YAZILIM LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ acting as the common data controller. Unless a specific brand, product or service publishes its own privacy notice, this Policy applies by default.

One policy across the network

This Policy applies to your use of ADAAS websites, applications, newsletter and subscribe forms, the ADAAS single sign-on, and any service that links to it — collectively, the “Services”. The ADAAS network currently includes:

New brands, products and domains that join the network are covered by this Policy from the moment they operate on the shared ADAAS platform.

Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

Information you give us

  • Account and identity data when you register or sign in with ADAAS SSO — such as your name, email address, password and organisation.
  • Contact and interest data when you complete a subscribe, newsletter, contact or demo-request form.
  • Content and correspondence you send us, including support requests and feedback.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and connection data such as IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system and language preferences.
  • Usage data such as pages viewed, referring URLs, interactions, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
  • Local storage and similar technologies used to keep you signed in and remember your preferences.

Information from cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, analytics and to remember your choices. See the Cookies section below.

How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • provide, maintain and secure the Services and your ADAAS account;
  • authenticate you across the network through ADAAS SSO;
  • send the newsletters, updates and communications you have subscribed to, and let you manage or withdraw those preferences;
  • respond to your enquiries and provide support;
  • understand how the Services are used so we can improve them;
  • prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents, and comply with our legal obligations.

Using your data across ADAAS brands

ADAAS operates as a single organisation made up of several brands. When you create an ADAAS account, subscribe, or interact with any brand in the network, we may make your information available to other ADAAS brands and to ADAAS YAZILIM LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ as a common controller, so that:

  • you can use one ADAAS identity across every brand instead of separate logins;
  • your preferences, consent choices and communication settings stay consistent everywhere;
  • we can recommend relevant research, courses, services and products from across the network;
  • we can provide unified support, billing and security across brands.
By using an ADAAS brand or creating an ADAAS account, you acknowledge that your information is handled by ADAAS as a single, connected network rather than by isolated, unrelated websites.

We do not sell your personal information. Sharing inside the network is limited to the purposes described in this Policy, and every brand is bound by the same standards.

Third parties and processors

We share personal information with service providers who process it on our behalf — for example hosting, analytics, email delivery, customer support and payment providers — under contracts that require them to protect it and use it only for us.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect our rights and users, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or transfer of assets, provided the recipient continues to honour this Policy. Links to third-party sites are governed by their own policies, not ours.

Cookies and tracking

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and secure, and optional analytics cookies to understand usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but some features — including staying signed in across ADAAS brands — may not work correctly if you do.

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described here, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. When you delete your ADAAS account we remove or anonymise your personal data in line with this Policy, retaining only what the law requires.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal information, to receive a portable copy, and to withdraw consent. Residents of the EEA/UK (GDPR) and of California (CCPA/CalOPPA) have these rights and will not be discriminated against for exercising them.

We do not sell your personal information. To exercise any right, contact us at contact-us@adaas.org; we will respond within the time required by applicable law.

International transfers

ADAAS operates internationally, so your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including Turkey. Where we transfer data across borders we use appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable data-protection law.

Security

We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continuously to protect your data and to keep our practices current.

Children’s privacy

The Services are intended for users aged 18 and over and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes to our Services or the law. When we make material changes we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
