Acceptance of these terms
These General Terms (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, newsletters, subscribe forms, single sign-on (“ADAAS SSO”) and other services offered by ADAAS, a network of brands operated by ADAAS YAZILIM LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“ADAAS”, “we”, “our” or “us”) — together, the “Services”.
By creating an ADAAS account, subscribing, or otherwise using any Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Definitions
- ADAAS Network — the connected brands, sites and products operated by ADAAS YAZILIM LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, including ADAAS, ADAAS AI, ADAAS Institute, ADAAS Services, ADAAS Marketplace and Cloud4.ai, ADAAS Research and ADAAS for Gaming.
- ADAAS Account — the single identity you use, through ADAAS SSO, to access brands across the network.
- Content — text, data, software, media and other materials made available through the Services.
- You — the person or entity using the Services.
One account across the ADAAS network
ADAAS provides a single sign-on so that one ADAAS Account gives you access to multiple brands across the network. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Because the brands share a common platform, your account, preferences and consent choices are recognised across the network. Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, able to form a binding contract, and not barred from using the Services under applicable law. If you use the Services on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.
Your account and security
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when you register and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any use of your account. Notify us immediately at contact-us@adaas.org if you suspect unauthorised use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services, accounts or networks;
- probe, scan, scrape or reverse engineer the Services except as permitted by law;
- upload malicious code or infringe the rights of others;
- use the Services to build a competing product or to bring an intellectual-property claim against ADAAS.
Communications, subscriptions and marketing
When you submit a subscribe or newsletter form, or opt in during registration, you consent to receive the communications you selected from ADAAS and its brands. You can unsubscribe or change your preferences at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us. Transactional and security messages relating to your account are not marketing and may still be sent while your account is active.
Data and privacy across brands
Your privacy is governed by the ADAAS Privacy Policy. You acknowledge and agree that ADAAS may process and share your information across brands in the network, as a single organisation, to operate ADAAS SSO, coordinate your preferences, and offer relevant services — as described in that Policy. ADAAS does not sell your personal information.
Intellectual property
The Services and their Content are owned by ADAAS or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. ADAAS names, logos and brand elements may not be used without our prior written permission.
Third-party services
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party products and websites that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.
Availability, changes and beta features
We work to keep the Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. Some features may be offered as previews or beta on an “as available” basis and may change or be withdrawn.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADAAS and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold ADAAS and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your Content, or your breach of these Terms or of applicable law.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services and delete your ADAAS Account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Turkey for any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise. Your use of the Services may also be subject to other local, national or international laws.
Default and specific terms
These General Terms apply by default to every ADAAS brand, subscribe form and ADAAS SSO registration across the network.
Where a specific ADAAS product or service provides its own terms, those specific terms govern for that product; otherwise, these General Terms apply.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
