Professional Journey
Andrew's IT journey began early, as he crafted custom software during his school years. His passion for digitalization and automation paved the way for a remarkable career. At university, he focused on Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Swarm Intelligence, earning a Master of Science in Computer Science with research in text classification, followed by doctoral research in AI, swarm intelligence and computer vision.
Over 15+ years he has progressed from software engineer to solution architect, consultant and CTO, leading engineering teams of up to 25 people and contributing to 40+ software projects across fintech, healthcare, gaming, AdTech, e-learning, automotive, agriculture and enterprise software.
Role at ADAAS
As ADAAS' CTO and R&D Director, Andrew leads research and development of proprietary technologies that rethink how software is designed, built and delivered — having been involved in building 40+ frameworks, databases, AI infrastructure, orchestration platforms and developer tools.
His current focus is the convergence of business intent, software architecture, knowledge and AI agents: an AI-native software development platform that keeps requirements, architecture and implementation consistent as systems evolve — making delivery faster, more predictable and measurably more valuable.
Leading by Example
Crossing the IRONMAN 70.3 finish line in ADAAS colours — a 1.9 km swim, 90 km ride and 21.1 km run that mirror how we approach every engagement: pace, resilience and follow-through.
For Andrew, leadership is something you demonstrate, not just delegate. In November 2025 he raced the IRONMAN 70.3 in Buenos Aires wearing the company uniform — turning months of early-morning discipline into a shared milestone the whole team could rally behind.
It reflects the culture we build at ADAAS: endurance over shortcuts, showing up for the hard kilometres, and finishing what we start. The same mindset that carries an athlete through 70.3 miles is what carries our clients' products across the line.
