Overview

Instead of traditional one-to-one mentorships where person A (mentor) sits down with person B (mentee) for a chat, Mentoring Circles involve a number of people (mentees), usually about 5 or 6, who sit down – usually in a circle – to discuss a topic of interest with one (or multiple) mentors or facilitators who have expertise or experience in that subject matter.
Mentoring Circles also remove some of the potential awkwardness and anxiety associated with developing a one-to-one relationship. Group settings are great for introducing new ideas to people and making them feel comfortable about interacting.
For best results and maximum benefit, we recommend using Team Performance Review first.

In this service, we will mentor your team using a mentoring circles approach that involves openly discussing experiences with an interested audience.

How it works

Identify Objectives

Setup a circle

start developing skills

To begin with, we will define the goals and objectives that you set for the team in order to determine the topics and resources needed for mentoring circles.

The second step is to create the right audience that is interested and needs to be mentored. We will select team members in such a way that it is useful for them to develop skills together and can improve not only technical but also soft skills. To achieve the best result, it is good to know in detail all the gaps of your team and therefore we recommend Team Performance Review service first.

As a result, we will hold regular meetings with your team, guide rounds and guide your team in the right direction.

Use Cases

It is important for you to develop soft skills in a team

If your team communicates with your clients frequently, then it is very important that all its members have good soft skills. Our circles will help your team communicate more often and increase the quality of communication.

If you want to customize the mentoring process within your company

In that case, this is a great way to do it quickly and efficiently. Our experts will help you create the right process and teach your team new things.

If you want to expand the expertise to the whole team

Mentoring Circles assume that each participant has the opportunity to speak and present their experience. In this case, your team will learn more about each other and everyone will be able to share knowledge about your product and their expertise in third-party technologies.
