An Independent Estimation is a service in which our team will calculate the costs and effort for developing your product. We are not interested in time utilization and therefore we will look for the best development path.
Companies usually use an Independent Estimate to determine if their development efforts are on track or if they need to change something in order to stay on track. They can also use it to get an idea of how much money they'll need in order to develop their product.

This service gives you the opportunity to receive an Independent Estimate of the development of your product. We have no goal to over- or under-estimate the development, so as a result of this service, you will have a starting point for finding a vendor.

How It Works

In order to make our estimate independent and realistic, we put a lot of resources into the work to think through the details and objectives of your system. We use only professionals who have already dealt with similar tasks to fill estimate with details that can impact the whole effort.
We constantly work with assumptions and take into account risks, and therefore we evaluate each task in two dimensions at once: optimistic and pessimistic. this approach allows you to calculate and demonstrate the range of hours that you should focus on.
In order to make our estimates even more accurate, we have developed a Business Variables Scoring System (BVSS). This system allows you to determine and evaluate the impact of business variables on the delivery process and gives you a better understanding of which parameters affect the result the most.
Taking into account the nuances of your particular product, such as changing requirements or the uncertain depth of features, we can make our estimates even more realistic.
We have already successfully tested this approach on more than +100 estimates and it showed an accuracy of 80-85%.
Our task is to give you a realistic estimate and therefore, as part of this service, we try to reduce the error and increase the accuracy. Therefore, we always use the "Double Check" principle to validate the received values.
We involve several specialists with different experience to get their opinion on the complexity of the tasks and determine the range of hours in which the goals can be achieved.
