Early Life and Background

Born in Ukraine and now residing in Istanbul where ADAAS has its headquarters, Alex grew up fueled by a passion for programming and inventing. Was recognized as the 'Best Young Researcher' in the region. This early enthusiasm led to academic excellence, earning an MS in Computer Science, a PhD in Information Security, and an MS in Management. Alex has numerous publications in information security and artificial intelligence.

Professional Journey

Starting as a Software Engineer, Alex swiftly climbed the professional ladder, taking on roles as Team Lead, Software Architect, and eventually, CTO. Was recognized in HCL's Red Ladder Women in Outsourcing Awards in partnership with IAOP.

Alongside these roles, Alex also contributed to academia as an Associate Professor and Lecturer. A key milestone was the establishment of a modern Software Architecture Master Program, designed to teach students how to use technology effectively to solve business problems and build solutions that comply with the latest regulations.

However, it was the experiences while assisting startups and young companies in software architecture and CTO positions that led to the creation of ADAAS. Recognizing a gap in the IT industry's approach to fixed-cost services with clear deliverables, Alex envisioned a company that would address this need head-on.

As co-founder and CEO, Alex has led ADAAS to embrace digitization principles fully, placing automation at the heart of the business. This innovative approach has allowed ADAAS to focus on customer needs, eliminate routine work, and provide high-level services in a predictable timeframe. The vision behind ADAAS was to create a company that stands as an independent, transparent, and predictable partner in supervision, technology assets management, digitalization, and research.

Alex's aspirations for ADAAS are grand, aiming to totally change the way IT services are provided and democratize access to technology startups. Alex sees ADAAS as a trendsetter in reshaping the landscape of IT service provision.
